How long until I get it?

Your piece is made after you order, so there are two clocks: 2–5 business days in production, then 3–5 business days in transit. Most orders land 5–10 business days after you place them. You get a tracking email when it ships.

Why does it take that long?

Nothing is pre-made. There's no warehouse full of shirts waiting to be picked. Yours is printed or embroidered specifically for your order, checked, and then shipped.

What's the fit like?

Relaxed and boxy. The blank is a 6.1 oz Comfort Colors 1717 — it sits wider through the body and shorter than a standard fitted tee. Every product page has a full measurement chart in inches. Measure a shirt you already own flat across the chest and compare before you order.

Between two sizes — which do I take?

Take the smaller one if you want it to sit like a normal tee, the larger one if you want it properly oversized. If you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll tell you straight.

Will it shrink?

Garment-dyed cotton shrinks a little in a hot dryer. Wash cold, tumble low, and it stays where it is. The colour also softens over the first few washes — that's the point of garment dye, not a defect.

Does the print crack?

The back graphic is printed direct-to-garment, which soaks into the fibre instead of sitting on top like a heat-pressed vinyl. The wordmark and cross are embroidered thread. Wash cold and inside out and it holds.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Not for sizing or a change of mind — the piece didn't exist until you ordered it, so there's nothing to put back on a shelf. We do replace or fully refund anything that arrives defective, misprinted, wrong, or damaged in transit, with no need to ship it back. Full details in our Refund Policy.
